Rebecca Rubin

Owner, Principal

Owner and principal Rebecca Rubin has worked with community based and public sector organizations since 1995 that have focused on education, health and human services, and arts and culture. She works with clients in Los Angeles and across the country. Wide Sky Consulting was founded primarily as a capacity building firm–one that provides professional and specialized manpower–to serve organizations that lack the resources to bring a project or concept to fruition.

Rebecca received her Masters in Public Policy from the University of Southern California where she was a Dean’s Merit Scholar.  She holds a bachelors degree from the University of California, Santa Cruz.

Marianne Kulikov

Partner

Marianne Kulikov is a nonprofit executive with 10 years of experience in fundraising and management. She was Executive Director of a leading human services agency specializing in rescuing food to feed homeless and extremely low-income families and individuals in downtown Los Angeles through the onset of the pandemic, and previously as the organization’s Development Director for four years. Now, she now supports the advancement of small- to medium-sized nonprofits focused on health and human services, education, environmental, youth development and literacy through grant writing and capacity-building. She earned her certificate in Nonprofit Fundraising from the Lilly Family School of Philanthropy — Indiana University in 2016; completed the intensive, 18-month Developing Development Program through Executive Service Corps of SoCal; Project Grantsmanship through The Grantsmanship Center in Los Angeles; and graduated from Chapman University with a bachelor’s degree in Journalism.

Cristin O’Leary Jones

Consultant

Cristin is a nonprofit management and fundraising professional with a passion for serving a broad range of community-benefit organizations. She has most recently served as the Executive Director of Project Giving Kids, a national nonprofit connecting youth to meaningful volunteer service opportunities. Prior to Project Giving Kids, Cristin served in the fundraising department at Kesem, a national nonprofit supporting children impacted by their parent’s cancer, where she oversaw fundraising training and resources for 5,000+ college student volunteers raising $10M+ at 130+ chapters nationwide. Previously, Cristin provided capacity-building services to nonprofit and philanthropic organizations at Draper Consulting Group and Margery Tabankin & Associates. Cristin earned her M.A. and B.S. in Political Science from Northeastern University in Boston.
