Rebecca Rubin

Owner, Principal

Owner and principal Rebecca Rubin has worked with community based and public sector organizations since 1995 that have focused on education, health and human services, and arts and culture. She works with clients in Los Angeles and across the country. Wide Sky Consulting was founded primarily as a capacity building firm–one that provides professional and specialized manpower–to serve organizations that lack the resources to bring a project or concept to fruition.

Rebecca received her Masters in Public Policy from the University of Southern California where she was a Dean’s Merit Scholar.  She holds a bachelors degree from the University of California, Santa Cruz.

Marianne Kulikov


Marianne Kulikov is a nonprofit executive with 10 years of experience in fundraising and management. She was Executive Director of a leading human services agency specializing in rescuing food to feed homeless and extremely low-income families and individuals in downtown Los Angeles through the onset of the pandemic, and previously as the organization’s Development Director for four years. Now, she now supports the advancement of small- to medium-sized nonprofits focused on health and human services, education, environmental, youth development and literacy through grant writing and capacity-building. She earned her certificate in Nonprofit Fundraising from the Lilly Family School of Philanthropy — Indiana University in 2016; completed the intensive, 18-month Developing Development Program through Executive Service Corps of SoCal; Project Grantsmanship through The Grantsmanship Center in Los Angeles; and graduated from Chapman University with a bachelor’s degree in Journalism.

Lillian Ma


Lillian is a dynamic fundraising leader with 10 years of experience in grant writing, fostering strategic relationships, and streamlining development operations and systems. She has most recently served as Development Manager at GRID Alternatives Greater Los Angeles, a national nonprofit organization that connects marginalized communities to renewable energy through no-cost solar installations and workforce development. Lillian has also managed and supported development operations and grant writing for Neighborhood Housing Services of Los Angeles County, Play Equity Fund, The Posse Foundation, Kids & Art Foundation, Youth Empowerment Services, and Coded by Kids. She also has spent time in Fiji as a Peace Corps volunteer on a community health empowerment project where she worked closely with local youth and nurses to develop and implement culturally sensitive reproductive and sexual health education. Lillian holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from New York University.
